FUNDRAISING 2019 2020
Although the children are only here for one month of the year, our group is busy for the remaining 11 months with a wide variety of fundraising activities to ensure that we have enough funds to bring the children here year in, year out.
Organise your own events
Could you organise an event to raise funds for us?
Host a dinner party and charge your friends to come along?
Hold a bake sale or coffee morning?
Get your friends to sponsor you to do something different or organise a sponsored event for others?
Local schools could be a fabulous source of fundraising for us. Do you have links to a local school? Please ask your child's class or form teacher about ideas. If any school would like us to visit to do an assembly or presentation about the charity, please let us know. We also arrange for our children to visit local schools during their stay either to say thank you, or as a more educational cultural exchange experience.
Visit our sponsorship page or contact us for further details.
Ideas of Your Own
Please get in touch with us - we're always happy to consider new and imaginative ideas from any of our families or supporters.
You can contact us by e-mailing email@example.com or
telephone Alison on 07795 142855.
We are always in need of tombola prizes or any unwanted items to sell including books, CDs and DVDs. We will also be attending Bedale car boot sale, so if you have anything we could sell, please let us know.
We are happy to come and collect,
so please give us a shout if you have anything we can use.
